Tell me about your shipping.

All bags are shipped from Georgia, US. Processing typically takes a day and delivery times will vary based on shipping address. We ship primarily UPS ground. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We currently only ship domestic US (minus Alaska and Hawaii). If you need something shipped outside of our domestic area, please contact us for shipping rates.
What is your return policy?

While we feel confident that you'll love your new Powch bag, there are times when it's just not right. If your shipment arrives damaged or there are workmanship problems, we'll make it right. Please understand that there are differences in color representations from our digital images to the actual product and we cannot accept returns based on color variations. The majority of our products are made by hand and are one-of-a-kind bags. If your return request is accepted and the bag is repairable, we will make the necessary repairs and ship the item back to you. If your bag is not repairable, we will simply issue a credit back to you toward the purchase of a different bag.
Where are your bags made?

99% of Powch bags are manufactured in North Georgia USA. We do sell a handful of bags that we wholesale purchase from quality-trusted suppliers. By supporting Powch, you're supporting US-based small business.
