We ship exclusively UPS Ground, but if you need something quicker, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we feel confident that you'll love your new Powch bag, there are times when it's just not right. If your shipment arrives damaged or there are workmanship problems, we'll make it right. Please understand that there are differences in color representations from our digital images to the actual product and we cannot accept returns based on color variations.
The majority of our products are made by hand and are one-of-a-kind bags. If your return request is accepted and the bag is repairable, we will make the necessary repairs and ship the item back to you. If your bag is not repairable, or reproducible, we will simply issue a credit back to you toward the purchase of a different bag in our store.
